Is this a nightmare I am having? Would someone kindly awaken me? Or is it indeed a nightmarish reality being played out in Egypt? How in the world these people find in their hearts enough hatred to lodge lawsuits to disenfranchise a group of peaceful law-abiding Baha'i citizens who worship the same God of Islam and honor Muhammad as a revered prophet of God?

I pray that the decent citizens of Egypt and the justice system in Egypt resist the misguided pressures of these people. "al hokmo yodavemo bel kufr va la yodavemo bel thulm," -- the rule of kufr may endure, but not the rule of injustice -- is a statement attributed to the Prophet Muhammad. This goes to show how precious justice is in the sight of God. Baha'ullah confirms Muhammad's assertion by saying that the best beloved of all things in the sight of God is justice. We must all honor the admonations of the Prophets and uphold justice for all.
