Dr. Basma reports that a verdict had been issued for all pending cases for the day, but when it came to the Baha’i cases, it was alleged that the judge had not reviewed the case files.
The unreasonable delays and questionable excuses given can only lead us to wonder whether it’s intentional.

First hearing was on 27 September 2008, followed by an expected verdict on 20 October… then on 3 November… then on 15 December… then on 19 January 2009…then on 2 February… and now we are lead to believe that there will be one on the 16 February 2009?! hmmm… doubt it!
By the way, maybe the judges are aiming for an entry in the Guiness Book of Records for the number of postponements to a ruling. If so, I think they’re quite close to winning!
