In the separate appeal to the January 29 ruling that was launched before the Supreme Administrative Court, the case is expected to appear before court on the 15th of December, and it can only be hoped that a final ruling will be delivered following months of postponement.

Final ruling on identity cards to be delieverd on Jan 17
In its verdict on the challenge launched by several lawyers to the January 29 ruling, the Administrative Court decreed that a final ruling on the case will be issued on January 17, 2009 reports Dr. Basma Mousa.
