I do not beleive that it is correct " The Tudeh Party of Iran was one of the most prominent promoters of the above notion, though it was never able to produce a single document in support of its claim. However, the manufacturing of this undocumented theory prompted the silence – and at times the supportive silence of the intellectuals – over the suppression of the Bahais after the Islamic Revolution. The painful truth is that such a theory not only gained currency among the supporters of the [Tudeh] Party, but it also received widespread acceptance among the groups opposing the Tudeh."
As i know they never were against Bahi's , even they support the right of Religon. All of the long life of this party is devoted for struggling for the people rights , how come that they are against any specific religon . maybe this wrong vies is because of This Party's terms for its elements. according to their views the volunter for joining to that party should not be Bahi, because they belived taht Bahism is not a relegion but a political party , since nobody can participate in two political parties at the same time, they used to prevent the Bahais to join them. As i know many Bahiis left their organisatons of bahiis & joined to that party. However if there is any document that proves this weblog claims on this party , it is appreciated to be shown to the publics.
