Iranian human rights group concerned about persecution of Baha’is

In a recent article that condemns stoning of Iranian youth, the unfortunate case of Baha’is is also noted:

The Defenders of Human Rights Center also said the situation for women in Iran is “worrying,” and that members of the Bahai religious sect are being persecuted for their beliefs.

We hope that the Iranian government soon realizes its mistakes and grave crimes against innocent civilians and reconsiders its unnecessarily harsh treatment of the peaceful Baha’i minority.
