Feast of Kalimat

July 13th, 2007

According to Today’s Zaman:

Today is the Feast of Kalimat in the Bahai faith. Bahais name their 19 months with names of God and words with spiritual meanings.

The Month of Kalimat starts today in the evening and ends on the evening of July 31. The purpose of the feast is so Bahais can gather together to show hospitality and fellowship and become spiritually renewed for the coming month.

We hope our Baha’i friends will enjoy this feast.
